Savoury Sea Shell

What to eat: Indian and Arabian Cuisine

Where: Savoury Seashell, Anna Nagar, Chennai

Verdict: As one of our friend returned from Malaysia (Ex-Tony Lee gang member:) ), we have gone for a get together at Sea Shell restaurant.

Ordered for Al Faham Dejaj Full, Gopi chilli, Phuket Fish, Paneer tikka gold fried babycorn as appetizers and a 1 by 2 chicken manchow soup. Disappointed with Baby corn fry which was more like a bajji, but the accompanied sauce was sweet and delicious. Al Faham Dejaj was similar to barbeque chicken...it comes with 2 kuboos and a small bowl of hummus. Gopi chilli was crispy and fried upto the perfect level. Phuket fish was bit sweet, but a good one.

Mains were schezwan veg, chicken and mixed nonveg fried rice...not much spicy, large portions...not able to finish due to heavy starters. Ended up the meal with mini falooda and pina mojito. We paid the bill of 3034₹ by going dutch. Overall it was all nice food in a niche ambience and a quick service.
